· BACK SMALL BARN—13stalls (really cute barn, finished nicely—smooth cement isleway, wash rack area, hot/cold water, newly tiled and graveled drain area for wash rack, tack room, hay loft). Stalls are 10 x 10 and 10 x 11, all rubber matted with metal half gates so horses can look out stall gates. |

· BACK LARGE BARN—22stalls. This barn is all stalls (10 x 10 and 10 x 11), with metal stall gates horses can have their heads out to look around. Some stalls/areas can be easily converted to grain area, hay storage or whatever you want. |
